Steel Frame

• The steel frame of ATR system is segmented, which has strong expansibility and is convenient to add multiple cutting machines in the later stage. The long-span moving beam is welded by high-strength steel, and the structural safety is ensured by finite element analysis.
• The lifting structure adopts single Z-axis design, and at the same time, it is equipped with a balance auxiliary cylinder to ensure the stability of the manipulator’s lifting. The rack-and-pinion transmission mode has high efficiency and high precision.

Loading/Unloading Manipulator

• A high-load vacuum sucker with strong adsorption and controllable zoning feeds raw material plates of various formats, ensuring stability and long service life. It includes a shaking and thickness-measuring mechanism that retries separation if sheets stick; after two failed attempts, an alarm prompts manual intervention.
• For blanking, a tooth-inserting claw takes plates from the cutting machine rack, with an optional scratch-proof design to protect surfaces.

High Low Trolley

• Automatic high and low loading and unloading trolley. The low loading trolley is approximately 730 mm away from the ground, and the high unloading trolley is about 1100 mm away from the ground.
• The low loading trolley can stack up to 200 mm in height, and their operations do not interfere with each other. The maximum load-bearing capacity of a single loading and unloading trolley is 3000 kg

Material Storage System

• The material storage library uses a stable gantry lifting platform. Raw material pallets are loaded onto the platform by crane or forklift and aligned manually before being moved to storage.
• The platform retrieves plates as needed, lowering them to the transfer platform, which links loading and unloading lines for fully automatic material handling.
