LERO ATR Series
LERO ATR Series offers highly automated sheet loading and unloading solutions for fiber laser cutting lines. The system is available in two main configurations One‑drag‑one and One‑drag‑two, and supports heavy-duty operation with dual manipulators, including electromagnetic and vacuum suction loading tools, as well as separate unloading manipulators.
It handles sheet formats up to 3000 × 1500 mm (thicknesses up to 25 mm depending on model) and includes high/low-capacity electric trolleys (up to 3 tonne load) for efficient raw material feeding and waste stacking.

3015 One-Drag-One Loading and Unloading System
- Using composite tooling, the raw materials are placed in the form of a fixed pallet, and the finished waste is palletized in the form of an electric trolley (load 3 tonne).
3015 One-Drag-Two Loading and Unloading System
- ATR3015BL2 uses two manipulators. The loading manipulator is an electromagnetic suction cup + vacuum suction cup. The loading and unloading manipulators are separated. The raw material placement/finished product waste stacking is 2 sets of high and low electric trolleys (load 3T).
- ATR3015BD2 uses two manipulators. The loading and unloading manipulators are separated. The raw material placement/finished product waste stacking is 2 sets of high and low electric trolleys (load 3T).
