LERO CCD Image Series
The LERO CCD series uses an image-based loading system controlled by software. A CCD camera captures the tube’s end-face profile and determines its centre coordinates. Using this data, the Z1 and Z2 axes automatically select individual tubes from the material rack and feed them into the cutting machine. This process enables fully automated tube loading, where each tube is identified, positioned, and delivered to the main machine without manual intervention.

- The machine is capable of loading round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, elliptical tubes, triangular tubes, D-shaped tubes, and other irregular-shaped tubes.
- By eliminating the need for manual sorting and handling, the machine minimizes friction between tubes during the loading process, thus protecting the surfaces of tubes with higher surface requirements (such as stainless steel tubes, aluminum alloy tubes, etc.) from damage.
- The loading machine can be used with multiple tube cutting machines, offering good compatibility with various tube lengths.
