Design Of Movable Three Chucks

• The chuck side hanging structure design is adopted.  All three chucks are driven by servo motors which can automatically move according to the length of the machined parts to avoid auxiliary clamping.  This is so the cutting allowance is shorter and the product precision is higher.

Double Side Composite Chuck

• The double side composite front chuck is combined by chuck 1 and chuck 2, it is also called four chucks. It has the function of pulling the material (the four chuck function) to realize the zero tail cutting.
• It can also cut the small pipes such as angle iron, H steel and square steel. The double side composite chuck can correct pipe accuracy with double side holding function.
• When holding the heavy pipe , the front chuck (two chucks), middle chuck and rear chuck will hold the pipes together, which equals to four chuck holding, the stability of the chuck is higher.

Bevel Cutting Option

• A rotating shaft is added at the cutting head, which can realize the 45 degrees rotation of the cutting head in the X-axis direction.
• Through software control, the rotating shaft of the cutting head can cooperate with the X axis and AB of the chuck to realize the bevel cutting function.

Gas Control

• Automatic gas distribution control system, precise gas control.

• The type and pressure of auxiliary gas can be automatically set and selected by CNC program without manual operation.
